Buying a SIM card “Alfa4you” (hereinafter referred to as “SIM card”) on the website of the company Ophiuchus Matar Ltd., registration number HE374074, registered address Souliou 14, apt. 101, Aglantzia, 2102, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter – “Alfa4you”), the customer has the right to return the received / ordered goods in the following cases:

The customer applied for a refund before the product was shipped. In this case, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be given. To cancel the order the customer can either call by phone or email listed on our website

Once the goods have been sent, the customer can issue a refund by sending the purchased goods to the return address. The goods must be in the original packaging and not have mechanical or any other damage. As soon as the company’s employees are convinced of the integrity of the goods, the funds will be returned to the client within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods back. Refunds can be issued within 14 days of ordering.

The process of returning the SIM card is as follows:

Please provide the following information: name of the SIM card to be returned (nominal value of the SIM card), order number and your current account number/payment card number to which you wish to receive a refund;

The money for the SIM card will be transferred to you within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the SIM card.

The returned SIM card must be in the original unopened packaging, the SIM card, including the packaging, must not be damaged or deformed.

A Refund For The Balance Of The SIM Card

The company Alfa4you returns listed by the customer on the balance of the SIM card means. The service is considered to be rendered at the time of crediting and no refund is made except for compensation for:

  1. Unproven service for which there was a write-off of funds from the balance of the SIM card.
  2. Not fully rendered service, for which there was a write-off from the balance of the SIM card.
  3. The service provided is not of high quality, for which there was a write-off from the balance of the SIM card.

In all the above cases, you need to write a letter to the support service with a detailed description of the problem and the exact time and date when the problem occurred. Applications with a description of the problems that occurred earlier than 14 days before the writing of the application — will not be accepted.

In each case, Alfa4you considers the possibility of full or partial compensation for the service, by transferring funds to the balance of the SIM card. Compensation cannot exceed the cost of the service for which the compensation is made.
